Vegfolk Fables
221 episodes
by Codex & Q
We tossed ‘Bone’, ‘VeggieTales’, and a wee dram o’ whiskey into the blender, mashed the humor button, and poured the story onto the Web. With a splash of Oz and a sprinkle of Narnia, Vegfolk Fables is an all-age-friendly fantastical adventure. No vegetarians please.

BOB
156 episodes
by WisePathBooks
Bob Moran is a multi-award winning British illustrator and cartoonist. His work deals with themes of politics, ethics and family. He uses emotion to convey important messages, defend moral principles and to invite people to reflect on what really matters in life. Between 2011 and 2021, Bob was political cartoonist for The Daily Telegraph. During this time, he established himself as one of the most revered and popular satirists in the UK. In January 2022 Bob began working for The Democracy Fund, a Canadian charity that defends and promotes civil liberties and constitutional rights. During a very dark period for humanity, Bob seeks to create powerful imagery that brings hope and reassurance to the oppressed, in defiance of their oppressors. At a time when so many appear to have forgotten the things that give life meaning, he is determined to help them remember.

Chuck Dixon’s Avalon
106 episodes
by The Legend Chuck Dixon
From the mean streets of Moseley to the oceanfront villas of Diamond Beach, crime affects everyone in Avalon. And the presence of the superhumans known around the city as "specials" hasn't necessarily made life for the average citizen any better, since the local vigilantes are as apt to demand payment for their protection as they are to provide their services for free. The crime-fighting duo of King Ace and Fazer are true heroes, not vigilantes, as Fazer explains the difference to a reporter interviewing him for the Avalon Sentinel. A hero doesn't expect thanks or payment, he helps people because it is the right thing to do. And a hero doesn't kill anyone, ever. All Fazer and the big guy are trying to do is make everyday life better for everyone who lives in their city. But even heroes face temptation.

The Treasury of Tales series adapts illustrated stories that were published in the 1800s and early 1900s, using the contemporary language and images. These are the richer language and pictures read by earlier generations, before the tales were simplified and sanitised for mass-produced ‘modern audiences’. Join us as we enjoy fun tales from long ago.

Ben Garrison was sick of banker bailouts, political corruption and vanishing freedom. He decided to do something. He published his political cartoons on the Internet where they were seen by millions. Presented in color for the first time and with its original title. Re-titled to the clunky TIME-JUMP WAR by the publisher, this sci-fi mini series has not been seen since the 1980's. The epic, eons-spanning story features terrific art by my Argentinos amigo Enrique Villagran.

The Deep Dark Hole: part six panel 1

There were all kinds of animals walking around on the floor going about their business in their own strange ways.

The Deep Dark Hole: part six panel 3

Salagite Weizzora, a salamander-like creature, was floating past me and leeching off a cow in the desert, but it didn’t bother me and floated by silently.

The Deep Dark Hole: part six panel 5

There was a cry of distress. The cave echoed with deep dying moans. It was the voice of a man trapped, and screaming inside. Suddenly red, yellow, and green acid water that turned flesh to bones came rushing, and bubbling in the cave. I just managed to get out before an iron spear-footed gate fell.

The Deep Dark Hole: part six panel 7

A chattering noise echoed in the room. Kri krilla grita, a strange purple thing like a cave-man’s club, was chewing into the floor, slowly crawling along like a snail on a slimy substance.

Artist Pete Hampton, (1940-2018) was a wildly eccentric genius. He created slide shows of his paintings to tell the beautiful, and terrifying stories of his early childhood in the remote hills of Southern California. This work was re created from Pete's journals and the original paintings from 1961 through the early 1970's.
