Flip City presents Pester Pooch: Unleashed!

This fake comic-book cover graced the back cover of Flip City issue 9, and features our cackling Border Czar getting to root causes of stuff. Since she’s been busy getting to root causes of Russia-Ukraine stuff lately, I thought it was a fitting time to post this piece.
